Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared and served at the main kitchen and dining hall at 397 Brock Street.

The meals are prepared by our members with Co-op’s amazing kitchen staff supervising the process.

Jenny Armstrong is our kitchen co-ordinator; Harry Asselstine and Gail Marshall are our kitchen assistants. They are here to help all our members become comfortable in the kitchen and to teach members how to cook for the masses.

  • Monday through Friday Breakfast is served from  7:30 to 10:00 am.
  • Monday to Friday lunch is from 11:45 to 1:30 pm.
  • Monday to Thursday dinner is served from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There are no dinners on Fridays.
  • Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm.

If you are not able to make it to lunch on any weekday, you can pack a bag lunch during breakfast hours.

All non-meal plan members are welcome and encouraged to attend meals. Non-meal plan members pay $65 for 10 meals each term.



Co-op hosts many specialty dinners open to all members such as:

  • Member appreciation dinner
  • Robbie Burns day
  • Chinese New Year dinner
  • Halloween dinner (Sunday bar included!)
  • Theme nights like pub night,

Fun Facts: Co-op has meatless Tuesdays as a sustainability initiative and purchases our beef locally by the cow to keep cost down.
