 International student on exchange find the Kingston Student Housing Co-operative to be great fit for their Canadian experience.  International students arrive to find clean, quality accommodation where everything that is needed is available when arriving with just a suitcase. The international student flavour that is added to our organization by your arrival adds a great experience for our Canadian members. We work very hard to make sure your experience with the co-operative is worth recommending to others. Short Contracts

The Kingston Student Housing Co-operative provides single term accommodation for students during the year: September 1st to December 31st (four month lease)

We usually provide up to ten spots but receive many more applications.  Please keep in the high demand for these few spots  and apply as early as possible!

January 1st to April 30th (four month lease)

The rooms that are available are dependent on the September single term leases.

May 1st to August 30th (month to month lease during the summer)

This is a good opportunity for booking accommodation during the summer months.

Earlier arrival accommodation is available. This is a good way for international students to arrive early for the Fall semester and play tourist before the school year begins.

*If a University is sending a student on exchange from September to December and another from January to April, we would be able to provide accommodations to these students in the form of 4 month leases outside of our limited (10 spots) availability. We are able to do this if both students agree to sign up together, ensuring the room will be occupied for both September to December and January to April semesters.
